Receiving Checks


Depending on your country of residence, we offer players the option of receiving checks in any of the following currencies:

The exchange rate you will receive is displayed on the Cashier's Withdraw page when you select the check option. The exchange rates offered are updated several times a day Monday through Friday. We use the prevailing mid-market rate provided by XE (plus a small fee if applicable). We charge no fees to issue a check in any of the available currencies. However, we cannot be responsible for any charges made by banks or other financial institutions for banking or cashing checks. Furthermore, many of our checks are issued across borders, and some banks or financial institutions charge additional fees for handling international checks. Before requesting a check, we suggest that you check with your bank or financial institution for any charges that you may incur when banking or cashing your check.

We strongly advise that you deposit your check at a reputable bank or financial institution, and avoid using a check cashing store.

USD Checks will be delivered by regular mail and are expected to arrive within 15 business days. Where applicable, non-USD checks under $1,000 USD equivalent will be sent by regular mail, and are expected to arrive within 15 business days. Non-USD checks over $1,000 USD equivalent will be delivered by courier and are expected to arrive within 7 business days. To be able to use our courier service we will need your contact phone number and your address must not be a PO Box or rural route address.

Checks are sent to the full name and mailing address listed in your Stars Account at the time you make your withdrawal request. If your check is sent to an incorrect name or mailing address, you will incur a fee to place a stop-payment order on this check.

For the minimum and maximum check amount in your country of registration, please see the Cashier. Only one check will be processed per week.

Checks in all currencies are normally sent for processing every business day from Monday to Friday.

Checks in US Dollars ($ / USD)

To receive a check in US dollars, where available, select the 'Check in' option on the Withdraw page, and choose '$US' from the drop down menu.

Checks in your local currency (CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD)

To receive a check in any of the available local currencies listed above, select the "Check in" option on the Withdraw page and choose your local currency from the drop down menu.
